Still chilly out:  Royal blue velour buttondown top worn as a jacket, black short sleeve cotton t-shirt dress, black tights, black sparkly shoes.  Jewelry:  watch, rings, dangly earrings with two royal blue beads, bottom bead has an orange stripe, silver bracelet with three blue lapis squares.  Outerwear:  The usual.  Reading:  Chicago magazine.
