In mourning:  Gray herringbone pants suit, black short sleeve mock turtleneck sweater underneath, black socks, black ankle boots.  Jewelry:  watch, rings, silver ring with black stone, dangly three hammered silver squares earrings.  Outerwear:  The usual.  Hair thing:  Two black barrettes.  Reading:  Starting:  Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet.
